Review: Little Moon Essentials

Hi there.

Today review is of a company called Little Moon Essentials. This company sells a wide range of bath and body items.

Little Moon Essentials sent me 5 amazing products out for review.

First impressions
The first time i opened the package i couldn't believe the smell that came from the box! It was in my opinion a smell mixed between vanilla and fudge! The smell filled my living room in seconds. Sheer paradise!
Iv left the box open in my bedroom so the room fills with the smell because its just such an amazing smell.
Their packing was also out of this world. Since i started my reviews iv never come across a package packed so well, safe and pretty(Pictures below of the packaging). I had to rummage through the polystyrene bits and golden strips to get to the items. It sounds weird but it felt like Christmas when i was a youngster. My parents filled a huge box with polystyrene and didn't even put any gift in there! They made me go through the whole box before saying 'we forgot to put the gift in here'. It was just amazing.
All these products are homemade in Colorado.
They also sent me an invoice of the items i had gotten etc.
The delivery was majorly fast. It took from 10/1/11 till 18/1/11 which is 8 days in total to get from USA to the UK.

Product Review-Sleep Comes Easy aromatheropy Mist
This product is a relaxing and soothing pillow spray to naturally helps comfort you off to sleep.
Its Easy-to-use and convenient away from home to inspire safety and sleep.
The spray comes in a plastic bottle which is great for if your on the go as its unbreakable and small enough to carry in your handbag. It has a pump action nozzle which sprays a light mist.
It has a quite strong smell to it. Its such a sweet smell and you can actually smell the lavender in it.
The site actually says it has essential oils of lemon, coriander, lavender, frankincense and more. I can deffinatly vouch for that as i can deffinatly smell those scents.
The only problem was, When i was smelling this product to do this review it got really addictive and i kept smelling it and i am getting sleepier every time i inhale it. So i know it definitely works.
This product is deffinatly a great price for what your getting.

Product Review-Tired Old Ass Invigorating Mist And After Shave
This product is an aftershave which helps with the irritations that shaving causes. Its effective for 'Razor bumps' which are those little goosepimple type spots you get on your legs after shaving.If your anything like me i get loads of them and thinks it looks hiddious!
It deffinatly helped the bumps on my legs after shaving, Leaving me with soft touchable legs. I used it before i went out for the night and all night my legs were so soft and didnt itch. 
This spray also comes in a plastic bottle which is good if your on the go and its unbreakable. You can also reuse this bottle for other products when you run out! It also has a pump action nozzle which sprays a light mist.
It has a quite strong smell to it.It has a eucalyptus scent to it and it smells like a sweet(candy) that i had in the past but i cant remember what that sweet was. Again the smell is really addictive!
This product is also amazaing for the price you pay. I would deffiantly reccomend this to people who are sick of seeing those bumps on their legs after shaving and if you want smooth non-irritative legs.

Product Review-Lip Love-Beach All You Want.
This product is a lip balm which helps chapped and dry lips. The balm leaves your lips feeling smooth, well moistured and refreshed. It has spf 10 so it also protects your lips from the sun.
This balm personally smells like clotted fudge and vanilla. On the website it explains the smell as 'tangerine essential oil, organic coconut extract & organic vanilla'. I can deffinatly vouch for this as it does smell like all of these but i guess all of these smells mixed together makes it smell a little like clotted fudge if you ever smelt it. It smells good enough to eat anyway =).
This smell is close to the 'Beach all yu want moisturizing exfoliant for bath and shower' Not an exact smell tho.
Again i would deffinatly 100% reccomend this for people who have chapped and dry lips like mine. Your deffinatly getting an amazing product for the price you pay.

 Product Review-Beach All You Want, Sugar Moisturizing Exfoliant
This product is a moisturizing exfoliant. This exfoliant makes your skin feel soft and moist. It says on the site that this exfolant is actually '100% foodgrade and safe (and yummy!) to lick off!!', So i decided to try this out. Id try anything once! So i was alittle scared to try this but i have to admit i did take a small scoop with a spoon and tasted it! And OMG! it tasted aswome. You can deffinatly taste tangerine and coconut. I do strongly tell you NOT to try eating this product tho as it is EXTREAMLY delicious and addictive and i just had to take yet another scoop of this and eat it just to taste the sheer pleasure on my tongue =). Im tempted to just sit here and eat it all with a spoon but that could result in an empty tub (No product to put on my body) and bad teeth due to the high amount of suagr in the product =D.
This product does also come with a cute little scoop which i wasnt actualy sent so i cant review that! 
I 100% reccomend this product for people who want soft and moist skin and also for those who love the taste of tangerines and coconut. Instead of a cooked meal! Just reach for the 'Beach all you want' tub and a spoon and just eat it all! NO im just joking about that bit, Atleast leave some for later on in the day =D.

 Product Review-Love Magnet:SOS Moisturizing Exfoliant
This product is a moisturizing exfoliant. This exfoliant makes your skin feel soft and moist. The smell is truly amazing! It says on the site that this exfolant is actually '100% foodgrade and safe (and yummy!) to lick off!!', So again i reached for the spoon and took a small spoop and had a taste.I didnt actually like this one as much as the 'Beach all you want' but it was still delicious. I had a strong taste of oil that went right to the back of my throat. It deffinatly tastes spearminty and deffinatly tastes like a sweet i used to always get when i was back in school. Again i just cant pick out the name of this sweet. Seriously thease sugar scrubs are so addictive so again i went back in to take another taste! just to make sure i was getting the full flavors to explain to you guys and gurls =).
Again this product is deffinatly worth the price you pay and your getting a sugar scrub and also after meal dessert =D.I do warn you tho, once you try the scrub you will be craving the tastes all day long! Seriously!

Where do i start!  I think thease products are truly amazing! They did everything they are supposed to do. They are deffinatly, 100% worth the price you pay for them and the scrubs are truly delicious! If you get alittle peckish in the shower or bath, then reach for the scrub =D.
Id 100% reccomend this comapny to anyone! Their site it beautifully presented! easy to use and they are profesional and reliable.
Their items come beautifuly packaged!and are item jars and tubes are amazingly presented with great designes. This is the life cycle, there is birth after that there will be death. Two things that can not be separated. To commemorate the death of us will experience the process of aging. Wrinkled skin, use a stick and hair turned white. Maybe that's what normally would imagine when they hear the word old.

Healthy lifestyle can slow the aging until tens of years. Our aging process similar to the weathering of the building. Buildings that are not well maintained will quickly decayed and collapsed. Untreated body will also quickly aging. Aging is not a disease, but the old body is persemaiaan ideal for many diseases.

Actually a lot of factors that can lead to more rapid aging. Broadly speaking we can distinguish the influence of genes and environmental influences. Genes inborn indeed difficult for the brain-tweaking because it's the blueprint of our life. But in a study of identical twins of individuals, the gene turned out to only affect 30% of the age and life expectancy. The remaining 70% are environmental influences. Healthy lifestyle, exercise and good nutrition setting determines whether you can live for 60 years or even up to 90 years. Theoretically, we could live for 120 years.

The aging process has been started from their thirties and increasingly visible in their forties with a reduced skin elasticity, thinning or graying hair and other signs of aging. However, most people do not feel the problems of aging before age 50 years. Those who have the habit of smoking, spending his time sitting around all day, eating fatty foods and salty, and work with high stress can be more quickly and experience various problems of aging.

Maybe it's some things you can do in an effort to bring live longer

1. Stop smoking. A study shows that those who smoke one pack of cigarettes a day had an average age of four years shorter. In addition to causing lung cancer, smoking can cause various other diseases that shorten life.

2. Maintain cardiovascular health. Controlling blood pressure, cholesterol and cardiovascular health can improve your life expectancy. Those with normal blood pressure on average live five years longer.

3. Take medications as directed. Treatment extends the life of your role. You can have chronic or serious illness, but can still live long if properly therapy. In a study of those aged 100 years or more, 80 percent never had a serious illness but then back to health.

4. Drinking green tea regularly. Green tea is a natural anti-aging products are amazing. Recent research shows that drinking green tea is enough in the day can protect you from all forms of cancer, build resilience against heart disease and dementia and contributes to your body's ability to burn fat, especially abdominal fat fat.

5. Exercise regularly. Exercise increases energy, build muscle mass, increase blood flow to your skin, helps prevent high blood pressure, reduce anxiety, strengthen bones and increase metabolic rate so you lose weight faster. Exercise is also good for the skin because of increased delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your skin cells.

6. Adequate amount of sleep regularly. Enough sleep is one of the most important habits for anyone over the age of 40. When you sleep, your body releases growth hormone which stimulates cell turnover. Your skin will suffer if you do not get the amount of sleep you need. Sleep also reduces stress hormones that suppress the immune system and accelerate the aging process.

We are happy to announce that our organization has a wonderful new way to advertise our mission! We are now on Utube! We were fortunate enough to meet two very talented students at Towson State University who were taking a class in Electronic Media and Film. Under the direction of their professor, Dr. Dave Reiss, Ryan Pew and Joe Freeman worked very hard and spent many hours with our volunteers and greyhounds to produce a spectacular 6 minute wide screen high definition video that highlights the work we do to find homes for our greyhounds.

We are very touched that Ryan and Joe were so dedicated to producing just the perfect video; they came back to visit us and filmed us sometimes doing even the most mundane part of our work. They wanted to capture the whole world of greyhound adoption on film. We think it was to our benefit that they were so detail oriented and diligent about producing a great product.

We have posted our video on the home page of our web site and we hope that it will give people interested in adopting a greyhound a sense of how we work and how we fulfull our mission.

8 How to Maintain Eye Health

Do your eyes feel tired and sore after working all day? Modern lifestyle causes stress on the body and our eyes among the most affected. But certainly do not have to like this. Learn easy ways you can do for the eyes and your eyes will feel and look better in just a few days.

1. Check your eyes every 12 months

untreated vision problems will grow worse and wearing contact lenses or glasses that are no longer suitable for you can cause vision problems and headaches.

2. In summer, wear glasses

UV rays can create serious damage to eyes. Good sunglasses can prevent this. When buying sunglasses, make sure that can reflect at least 98% of UV radiation.

3. Eat good nutrition for you and your eyes

recent studies show that vitamin and antioxidant group can prevent, or at least slow the growth of macular degeneration and cataracts. Good nutrition for the body is also good for the eyes.

4. If you read or work using a computer, make sure the light is right

Working with low light can cause eyestrain, but light is too bright nor good. The direction of light works best when using a computer is of a soft luminous table lamp from the side. Reduce levels of light (brightness) monitor. The color is so not too sharp, but the eye will be more comfortable. 

5. Rest your eyes

Almost all people feel their eyes are not so comfortable after sitting all day in front of a computer screen. This is due to eye blinks 25% less than normal, causing dry eye. One thing you can do is close your eyes and count to 5 before opening it again. Another was turned away from the screen and focus on a distant object, as often as possible.

6. Find a contact lens with good quality

Not all contact lenses the same. There are safe for your eyes, and there is also a risk of eye damage. Know what the modern contact lens industry has to offer will help to make wise choices, not simply follow what the doctor said.

7. If you wear contact lenses, treat well

Contact lenses are not so troublesome, but you also can not ignore it clean. Every time you use or release your contact lenses, rinse. You also have to replace the fluid, when you put in place when you sleep at night.

8. Wear contact lenses according to the recommended schedule

There are people who barbital save by wearing contact lenses longer than intended. It's not a good thing. Although the quality of the lens will not be reduced, the stack of protein can blur your vision. Another thing to consider is, the longer you wear your contact lenses, the higher your risk of eye infection.

The role of fathers in parenting

The task of caring for a baby not only belong to a mother. There are many things you can do in caring for the baby's father. Among them are:

Assist the mother while nursing a baby with a strive for mothers to breastfeed in peace and good

• Perform gymnastics or massage in infants. This massage can be done 10-15 minutes before a bath, when it is used, this activity will be fun. But, the father must know the correct technique of infant massage, therefore, can be practicing at the expert in his field.

. Dad can teach children ages 9 months up to walk with holding.

. To train sensory motor development, the father can use the toy hangers with different colors. Whereas in terms of emotional-social baby, the father could provide a sound toy (squeezing toys) that makes the baby happy.

Dad also can bathe, dress, change diapers and take a walk to attach between the baby and father.

Dad patted and cuddled the baby while awake at night.

• Make infant formula for babies 6 months and older.

• Inviting baby talk for interaction and to hone language skills.

Also, surely there are many more who can do dad. Do not waste the opportunity to interact with children, so children will not fear or much to his father and only wanted to communicate with the mother.

The design on the items was simple yet really effective. it did the job. it told you their name and what the product was. Job done!

Cosmetics Review-Everyday Minerals Eye palette-Honey
When i opened this palette up i automatically got drawn to the amazing colours. From left to right, Darkish Brown, Silver, White, Dark brown. The colours of this palette isnt shown on the product and i checked online and there is no site of this palette so im sorry i wouldnt tell you the names of the pigments.
The pigments are really pigmented. My favorite has to be the white because iv tried so manhy whites in the past and they never seemed to show up properly. The everyday minerals white shows up amazingly.
All of the pigments have silver shimmer in them but this doesnt effect or irrotate my eyes in any way(Even tho i have over the top sensitive skin).
The palette comes with a mirror attatched to it(See the picture below).
It also comes with a sponge like applicator. One side is for applying eyeshaddow and the other side it more of an angled brush for the outer V or eyeliner. The last eyeshaddow is of a different consistancy then the other pigments so therefore i would possibly say its to be used as eyeliner.

Cosmetics Review-Everyday Minerals Cheek-Soco
This product is blush. Soco is a really feminine pink with petal pink hues. This blush goes on go well and its so light. You barly notice you have it on.
It has a sifter lid along with a slide mechanism to keep the powder from escaping from the tub.
The product looks a fraction more of a brighter pink in the picture on the website but its still a gorgeous colour. Reccomended for a really feminine glow to your cheeks.

Cosmetics Review-Everyday Minerals shimmer eyes - French films
This eyeshimmer is supposed to be a feminine petal pink colour but in my opinion its more of a lilac then a pink. Its still a really beautiful colour tho. The tube has a small roller ball for easy application. You could either roll it on your eyes or roll it onto a brush and use it that way. For some reason the whole eye shimmer section has been removed. This is either the products have been discontinued or they are being reviewed by the comapny for some reason or another. The shimmers were on sale before they were removed so its possible they have been discontinued.
The shimmer applys really well and its great for a really feminine look.

 Final thought about thease cosmetics
I thought the products were good value for money and i reccomend them for people whith low budgets. These cosmetics are excellent for beginners at they are easy to blend and are really pigmented. They can be used really well with other cosmetics brands.
The packaging is very simple but effective. The only downer on the packaging is that it doesnt have the place in which it was made. I like to see where my product is made.
